  3. Pre Grinder: The nibs then enter the pregrinder, where they are ground into coarse cocoa particles. This initial grinding step optimizes the refining process, increasing efficiency and production output.

  4. Chocolate Refiner: The refined chocolate undergoes multiple passes in the refiner to achieve the desired smoothness and fineness. It serves two essential purposes.
