Designed for the cutting of tubers, fruits and the like in the shape of flakes and longitudinal.

The tuber cutting has a capacity of approximately 300 kg/Batch. In terms of weight it is approximately 100 kg.
In addition, this machine has a three-phase motor and frequency variator that changes the motor speed to what is required.
The material the tuber cutting is constructed with is AISI 304 stainless steel.
The tuber cutting also features a control unit with on-off control that indicates operation/process by light signaling. It also controls the engine speed.
On one hand, it has a truncated cone shaped
hopper, as a product receiver and a base with a joint to a circular chamber lid with bolt-on fastening. On the other hand, it has a cylindrical chamber with a steering wheel system.
As for the cutting system, it is made by means of finger-type blades with bolt-on clamping.
Finally, the product is discharged through the side-position hoppers that eject the chopped product.
