Overview
A machine designed for standardization, pasteurization, formulation of liquid and semi-liquid products in the food industry such as nectars, yogurt, nougats, <a href=”https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marmalade”>jams</a>, syrups, etc.
The Kettle with Agitator has a capacity of approximately 100 l/batch to 1200 l/batch. As for the weight this equipment has approximately 100 kg to 1300 kg.
In addition, this machine has a three-phase reduction motor and has a control unit with run control-automatic fire and temperature shutdown, which indicates operation and process by means of light signaling.
The material with which the stirrer pot has been constructed is stainless steel AISI 304.
Also, the Kettle with Agitator has a fixed position structure and is equipped with a hinged flat lid that allows visibility of the process.
On the one hand, it has a jacket chamber for thermal oil or water with a semi-pumped base. On the other hand, it has a stirring system formed by central bar with splice to the motor with safety and detachable paddles.
Does not include gas tank or tank accessories.
