The Vibratory table provides the fryer. In addition, it has a frequency inverter that allows the motor speed to be transformed. On the other hand, the vibratory table is equipped with a control unit composed of on-off control and indicates the operation/process by light signaling.
This feed machine has a horizontal position source type for receiving the product from the
fryer. For oil filtration and cooling the source base has a sieve and a constant vibration system damped by side strapping to transport the product to the next in-line machine.
In addition, the power transmission of this equipment is carried out by means of a pulley and a belt. Finally, the Vibratory table features a “spherical pitch” valve for collecting the collector oil, support structure to fix the entire machine and motor with anchoring device.
