The Spin-Dryer is a machine used to separate excess liquid from the product by centrifugal force.
Ideal for spinning products such as
quinoa, aromatic herbs, tubers, peppers, garlic, oregano, potato flakes, onions, lettuce, among others. Thus, the industrial centrifuge can spin from peppers, garlic, oregano, potato flakes, onions, Cucumbers, pineapples, etc.
The capacity of the equipment varies according to the type of product in kg/batch, for example with quinoa is 50 kg/batch. In addition, it has a frequency inverter to transform the engine speed and a control unit with both engine speed control and run-stop control, which indicates operation and process by means of light signaling.
The industrial centrifuge features a cylindrical-shaped process chamber and pitch base to house the basket and store the product to be centrifuged. The removable basket is located on the inside of the sieve-type cylindrical chamber, with a filtration and fluid evacuation system.
On the other hand, the industrial centrifuge is equipped with a lid and brakes. The lid is hinged with a handle and center display and the brakes have a pedal system to suspend the rotation of the basket.
