For an optimal process it’s better to work with grains of the same caliber, our Grain Sorter offers an efficient selection according to size using a rotating drum system. In the system, the speed can be regulated to make the process more efficient according to the product with which it is worked. After sorting, the cocoa beans go to roasting.

The material with which the rotary sorter has been built is AISI 304 stainless steel in those parts where the equipment is in contact with the product and carbon steel in the structure.
Likewise, the machine rotary sorter is equipped with a constant-shape source-type feeding hopper and a horizontal cylindrical chamber with different calibration perforations and dust protection sides. On the other hand, it has a rotary system made up of a horizontal and vertical bar with paddles, a constant turning system to allow the stirring and selection of the product.
