Rotary Cooler

The capacity of the equipment varies according to the type of product and the working speed but is approximately 500 kg/h. In terms of weight, this equipment operates at approximately 160 kg. In addition, this machine has a three-phase reduction motor and a control unit with on-off control, which indicates operation and process by means of light signaling. The material with which the Rotary Cooler has been constructed is AISI 304 stainless steel in those parts where the equipment is in contact with the product and carbon steel in the structure. In addition, the Rotary Cooler is equipped, on the one hand, with a frequency inverter that transforms the motor speed to what is required, and on the other hand, it has a cylindrical shaped chamber in a horizontal position of constant rotation with product retention folding and easy sliding. The product inside the chamber is treated with cold air, created by the cooling system that consists of a rotor and a motor driven duct. Finally, the product is discharged by front hopper, which slides product constantly. The force transmission is given by means of motor, pulley and belt.
