Machine to wash different varieties of quinoa. It leaves the grain free of saponina through centrifugal force.
Material: Stainless steel AISI 304 quality (material in contact with the product), carbon steel in the support structure, and industrial hose.
The quinoa washing machine is made of stainless steel AISI 304 on the product contact parts and carbon steel on the structure. It has a capacity of approximately 90 kg/h and is equipped with a control unit composed of on-off control that indicates the operation/process by light signaling.
On one hand, the machine has a cylindrical process chamber with a truncated cone with product agitation paddle system with a duct joint and discharge valve. The quinoa washing machine also has a pump that creates force and lifts water into the chamber. On the other hand, it is equipped with industrial hoses for connections of water ingress, discharge of water from the chamber and discharge of product.
The quinoa washing machine is also equipped with a three-phase reduction motor, a single-phase pump and a pyramid-type feed hopper for product entry. Finally, the support and transit structure secures the machine, engine and transit attachments formed with platform, steps and hands-on facilitates operator transit.
