Equipment designed to separate quinoa from crockery, sorted according to size.
The quinoa sorter has a capacity of approximately 200 kg/h. It is a device with an approximate weight of 150 kg and has a control panel, a feed
hopper continues with sight glass and product meter.
On the other hand, the quinoa sorter has been constructed of stainless steel AISI 304 in the parts where the machine is in contact with the product and in carbonate steel in the structure.
In addition, the quinoa sorter incorporates a suction system consisting of a rotor-fan and cyclone for dust recycling. This way it has a chamber with interchangeable sieves with vibratory system, three product discharge channels and a separate motor carrier with anchoring device.
