Equipment designed to obtain slices of pineapple.
The pineapple slicer has an approximate capacity that varies according to the skill of the operator but is approximately 120 pineapple slices per minute. In terms of weight it is approximately 45 kg.
In addition, this machine has a three-phase motor, a frequency range that modifies the motor speed to what is required and a control unit with motor speed control and run-stop control that indicates operation/process by light signaling.
The material with which the pineapple slicer has been built is stainless steel AISI 304.
Likewise, feeding in thepineapple slicer is done by means of two ducts with a diameter of 80 -100 mm attached to the cover attached by means of clamp with bolt fastening.
On the one hand, it has a process camera with a specially designed rotating blade disc for cutting the product. On the other hand, it has a front hopper for the discharge of the porduct into
pineapple slices whose cut and thickness can vary between 6 and 15 mm.
