Also known as a destemmer, this machine is responsible for separating the stem and leaves from the dry oregano.
The Oregano Leaf and Stem Separator has a production capacity of approximately 50 kg/h . As for the weight this equipment is approximately 200 kg.
The material with which the Oregano Leaf and Stem Separator has been constructed is stainless steel AISI 304 in the parts where it is in contact with the product and carbon steel in the parts that constitute the structure, besides the sanitary belt is constructed of PVC.
In addition, this machine has a three-phase reduction motor, a frequency variator to transform the motor speed and a control unit with run-stop control, which indicates operation and process by means of light signaling.
The machine has also been designed with a source-type feed
hopper so that the product can be easily slid into the camera. In addition, it has a slotted pan-shaped chamber with a sieve of different caliber through which the blades cross. Finally, it has a sanitary belt and a motor-driven rotary system that provides a constant rotation of the camera thus boosting the product.
