Machine designed to fragment all types of products of higher hardness such as dry maca and turmeric.
The
maca chopper mill has an approximate capacity according to the model of 220 kg /h to 300 kg /h. As for the weight this equipment is approximately 240 kg.
In addition, this machine has a three-phase motor and has a control unit with delta star start in 220v. And with on-off control that indicates operation and process by means of light signaling.
The material with which the Maca chopper mill has been built is stainless steel AISI 304 in those parts where the equipment is in contact with the product and carbon steel in the structure.
In addition, the Maca chopper mill features 30 flat hammers with 4 easily exchanged rotations of 7 mm with heat treatment.
On the one hand, it has 2 sieves of 20 and 12 drilling (to be ordered by the customer) and a supply-type feed hopper with feed meter to the chamber.
On the other hand, the camera is made up of superior crushing package, breakers and high impact hammers for greater product impact.
Finally, the Maca chopper mill has a direct discharge hopper by lower way with regulating lid and a cylindrical cyclone duct with clamping clamps and fabric filters, to recover fine dust and pressure release.
