Equipment designed to fry and brown various products: Fruits, tubers, similar.
The capacity of the Industrial fryer is 4-5 kg/Batch and the time is defined by the type of product, e.g. banana is 2.8 minutes. Weight is approximately 160 kg.
The industrial fryer has a control unit with on-off control, which indicates operation and process by means of light signaling. In addition, it incorporates a thermal system with gas burners with automatic ignition by chispero module and electro solenoid valve.
The gas supply it is automatic by solenoid valve and the oil supply is 70 liters.
The fryer Industry has been constructed of stainless steel AISI 304, ceramic and thermal insulation.
On one hand, it is equipped with a double wall chamber with thermal insulation, ceramic base with uniform heat distribution and a basket with the product immersed in oil. This basket is formed by a pan with a sieve of the product where it is fried and facilitates the filtration of the oil.
On the other hand, the product is unloaded by a system with mechanical lateral lever for easy maneuverability.
And finally, the industrial fryer has a fireplace, a combustion gas release
duct with temperature protection screen.
