The Horizontal Vibrating Sieve Machine has a capacity of approximately 150 kg/h with mesh 50. In terms of weight it is approximately 95 kg.In addition, this machine has a three-phase motor and a control unit with on-off control that indicates the operation process by light signaling.
The material with which the Horizontal Vibrating Sieve Machine has been constructed is stainless steel AISI 304 where the equipment has contact with the product and carbon steel in the structure.The Horizontal Vibrating Sieve Machine also incorporates a feed hopper for product reception, a breakaway top lid for easy viewing of the camera.
On the one hand, the camera is made up of palettes and sieve with product agitation system, being the mesh sieve with perforated plate cover. On the other hand, it has a front cover that can be broken down for sieve exchange and that attaches to the duct with front bolt fixing. Finally, the front discharge duct has been designed for a product with higher granulometry and the bottom discharge is done with the final product, this is fine dust.
