Overview
The Horizontal Ribbon Mixer has a production capacity of approximately 100 kg/batch, 200 kg/batch, 300 kg/batch and 400 kg/batch. It has been constructed of AISI 304 stainless steel on the product contact parts and carbon steel on the structure. In terms of weight, it is approximately 176 kg, 260 kg, 370 kg, 490 kg respectively and the mixing time is 8 -12 minutes per batch.
In addition, this machine has a three-phase motor and gear reducer that reduces the motor speed to the determined. The Horizontal Ribbon Mixer is equipped with a control unit with on-off control, which indicates operation and process by means of light signaling.
Also, the equipment has been designed with a flat hinged top cover allowing visibility of the process. In addition, it has a top grille with rods, a safety device for loading the product. The camera on this machine consists of a center bar, a splice with vertical bars and double helical tape.
Finally, the yaw system driven by a reduction motor with double coupling, chain, high-impact self-centering chumacera. The product is unloaded using a guillotine type device with a sliding handle.
