The Grain Dryer is a machine used for drying beans such as
cocoa or coffee.
Equipment capacity varies depending on the type of product in kg/batch, e.g. cocoa is 300 kg/batch. The drying time is 2 hours.
It has a stirrer to distribute the grain over the fluidized bed while a stream of hot air runs through the product from the base. In addition, it is equipped with a control unit with automatic on-off control, which indicates operation and process by means of light signaling.
The grain dryer machine incorporates a heat-to-gas exchange that provides hot air throughout the chamber thanks to the rotor system and internal reflectors that distribute the air evenly.
On the other hand, the grain dryer is equipped with a fixed horizontal position chamber, which has an open system with free steam release sieve plates and side doors for unloading the product.
