The Conveyor belt with water sprinklers has been constructed of stainless steel AISI 304 and the sanitary belt in PVC that withstands temperature -10 ºC/ 70 ºC and the coefficient of friction 0.15/0.35 .
The machine is also equipped with a chamber made of constant-rotating PVC sanitary belt, a belt that rotates through rollers with special bearings and tensioners.
Finally, it has a spray system consisting of pipes and nozzles, where it expels pressurized water type shower. In addition, it has a source-type feed hopper as an easy-to-slip product receiver and a discharge hopper positioned at the rear to remove the product.
