The integrated control unit, featuring Start-Stop control and illuminated indicators, provides intuitive operation and process monitoring. Designed for seamless workflow, this machine features a pyramid-shaped feeding hopper with an efficient endless screw system, enabling smooth transportation of the cocoa beans. It incorporates a crushing chamber with a grooved roller system for effective bean breakage. The classification chamber utilizes a vibration system with interchangeable sieves, offering versatile discharge options for the nibs. Additionally, the vibration system, equipped with a vibrating motor and cushioned supports, ensures gentle handling of the cocoa beans. The ventilation system, consisting of a rotor, ducts, hoses, and stirrup with blinds, facilitates the passage of the cocoa beans through the machine in a single pass. This process guarantees the production of high-quality nibs free from shells, while also providing separated cocoa shells without any cocoa powder residue.
