Overview
The Chocolate Sifter is the ideal machine to help obtain a better quality of chocolate by separating different calibers of product because it ensures the same caliber of refined product ready for the conching process, allowing the separation of material or bodies larger than required, it can be used sieves of 15 microns or 20 microns, already imperceptible to the human palate.
It is made of stainless steel to ensure product safety, the processing chamber is circular to improve post-process cleaning times.
