Chevron Elevator

Machine designed to transport and lift the product to the next machine on the production line. Transports various foods such as quinoa, cereals, snacks, meals, gelatin, among others. The Chevron Elevator has an approximate capacity that varies according to the type of product and the working speed, in case it is used with pecans the capacity is 700 kg/h.In terms of weight, this equipment operates at approximately 100 kg. In addition, this machine has a three-phase reduction motor, has a frequency inverter that transforms the motor speed to the required speed and has a control unit consisting of motor speed control and run-stop control. this indicates operation and process by means of light signaling. The Chevron Elevator has been constructed of stainless steel quality AISI 304, acrylic and PVC in the sanitary belt. It is also equipped with a pyramid-type hopper for constant feed and product reception. The rotating chamber formed by a sanitary belt with vulcanized profiles rotates continuously thanks to the rollers with bearings and tensioners. The lifting system is adjustable in the structure with a range of 200mm and the transportable is composed by a set of mixed braked and unbraked higles. Finally, the Chevron Elevator has an acrylic lid discharge hopper located on top to connect to the next machine in the line.
