Machine designed to cook and pre-cook various cereals,
legumes, by batch, quickly and efficiently in all varieties.
The cereal toaster has a capacity of approximately 10-12 kg/Batch, determined by the type of product. In terms of weight it is approximately 250 kg.
In addition, this machine has a three-phase reduction motor and a control unit with on-off control that indicates the operation process by light signaling.
The cereal toaster has been constructed with is AISI 304 stainless steel where the equipment has contact with the product and carbon steel in the structure.
Combustion is also possible thanks to the addition of the cereal toaster with gas burners with manual ignition with flame control knob. In addition, it has a shaking system consisting of a platform that suspends the center bar, the portable threaded and adjustable vanes.
On the one hand, the gas supply is made automatically by the electro-solenoid valve. On the other hand, it has a process chamber, designed as an open system with a rolling perimeter, base with thickness of ” undeformable by temperature at heating.
Finally, the product is discharged through the sliding door and handling handle, while the release of smoke is carried out by the chimney-type side duct.
