The capacity of the cereal flakes machine is defined by the type of product, for example with quinoa is 50 kg/h while with oats it is 240 kg/h. It has a control unit with on-off control, which indicates operation and process by means of light signaling.
In addition, this machine has a three-phase motor, a pyramid-type feed hopper with sight glass and feed meter, and a front
hopper for constant rolling product discharge.
The cereal flakes machine is constructed of AISI 304 stainless steel where the equipment has contact with the product and carbon steel in the structure.
The machine is also equipped with a laminating chamber with rollers that drive and laminate the product. Finally, it has two rollers that rotate thanks to the flange with special bearings of constant rotation and has a roller adjuster at each end with screws with lock nut, which allows the adjustment of the rollers by determining the light between the rollers and thus defining, the thickness of the product.
