Overview
Machine used to grind cocoa nibs to obtain cocoa paste.
The Cocoa Grinder has a capacity of approximately 40 kg/h of paste. The equipment for grinding cocoa nibs is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, corundum discs and is equipped with a control unit consisting of Start-Stop control that indicates the operation/process by light signaling. The weight of the equipment is approximately 90 kg.
It is also equipped with a feeding hopper for cocoa nibs. The Cacao Grinder is equipped with a screw system that transports the product to the grinding chamber to obtain the paste.
The power transmission is carried out by means of the pulley and the belt, elements that, together with the motor, are covered by a safety guard.
