Banana slicer

Equipment designed to obtain cylindrical and longitudinal cuts in thin sheets from 1.5 mm thick. The right product for this machinery is bananas, tuber cucumbers and the like. The banana slicer has an approximate capacity that varies according to the operator’s ability but is approximately 200 plantains/h. In terms of weight it is approximately 95 kg. In addition, this machine has a three-phase motor and frequency variator that modifies the motor speed as required. The material with which the banana slicer has been constructed is stainless steel AISI 304. The banana slicer also features a top lid with devices for different types of cutting with flights and clamping clamp. On one side, it has a process chamber made up of rotating disc and special bolt-on blades. On the other hand, the discharge of the product is done by the front hopper.
