The colloidal mill has a production capacity of approximately 40-120 l/h and has been constructed of AISI 304 stainless steel. In terms of weight, it is approximately 85 kg.
In addition, this machine has a three-phase motor and a conical hopper as a product receiver. The colloidal mill is equipped with a control unit with on-off control, which indicates operation and process by means of light signaling.
The colloidal mill also incorporates specially designed blades for improved working performance, corundum stones in the stator and rotor to refine the product. It has a jacket chamber with cooling system that prevents overheating of the product and houses special stones such as the rotor and stator. This allows the camera to be adjusted and out of adjustment using the adjuster knobs.
Finally, the Vulcano colloidal mill has side handles that allow the calibration of the light for the processing of the product. The product is unloaded by front duct with safety device.
