Cocoa Winnower / Nibs Sorter

Machine designed to hull and break cocoa beans to obtain nibs.

It classifies nibs in 3 different sizes, and separates the husk by suction system.

The roasted grains break carefully with our toothed roller system, minimizing the dust percentage and increasing the efficiency of the process. A ventilation and vibration system guarantees nibs with a negligible proportion of husks (< 1%) and in the same way the amount of cacao chick is the shell is marginal.

Material: Stainless steel AISI 304 quality

Machine specialized in dehusking and fragmenting cocoa beans for the production of nibs.

Classifies nibs into 3 sizes, and separates husks by suction system.

The Cocoa Winnower / Nibs Sorter has a production capacity of approximately 60-80 kg/h, has been constructed of stainless steel AISI 304 and its weight is approximately 270 kg.

In addition, this machine has a power reduction motor, three-phase motors, three-phase motors, three-phase motor and three-phase motor suction. The Cocoa Winnower / Nibs Sorter is equipped with a frequency inverter to transform the speed of the motor and with a control unit with run-stop control, which indicates the operation and process by means of light signaling.

The machine has also been designed with a pyramid-type feed hopper with auger system for transporting the product.

In addition, it has a grinding chamber (system with grooved roller to break the product), sorting chamber (source type with vibration system and interchangeable sieves with 3 ways for unloading of nibs), vibration system (with vibrating motor and motion damping springs in each support) and ventilation system (formed by rotor that splices to duct, hose as transport of it, stirrup with blinds where the product slides).
