Efficiently Extracting Nibs from Husks. Following the cocoa roasting process, the roasted beans are introduced into the upper hopper of our machine. Here, they undergo a delicate cracking procedure before being transported through a high-performing vacuum system. This system ensures the separation of husks (with a presence of less than 1%) in just one seamless operation. The extracted husks are collected by the cyclone for easy disposal.
