Overview
Capacity varies according to the variety and type of <a href=”https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tuber”>tuber</a>.
The Tuber Peeling Machine is made from AISI 304 stainless steel. It has a capacity of approximately 20 kg/batch (time 3 min) and in terms of weight this equipment has approximately 80 kg.
In addition, the Tuber Peeling Machine is equipped with a three-phase motor and a control unit composed of run-stop control that indicates operation/process by light signaling.
On one hand, the machine has a conical top cover with central viewer to the process and on the other hand, the washing machine – tuber stripper has an internal chamber designed as a removable cylindrical panel of easy maintenance where it adheres abrasive, rotating base with in-process product removal system to the abrasive area.
The front door is composed of a lever, pressure handle and water filtration system for disposal of processed product. The manifold duct that is spliced to the chamber releases water and process waste.
In addition, the Tuber Peeling Machine is equipped with a front door with lever and pressure handle, water filtration system for the disposal of processed product.
