Ginger slicer

Equipment designed for the rolling of turmeric kion and similar tubers. The Ginger slicer has a capacity of approximately 900 kg /Batch at a thickness of 5.0 mm. In terms of weight it is approximately 100 kg. In addition, this machine has a three-phase motor and a control unit with on-off control that indicates process operation by light signaling. The material with which the ginger slicer has been constructed is stainless steel AISI 304. The ginger slicer also features a truncated cone-shaped hopper attached to the circular bolt-on chamber lid. On one hand, it has a cylindrical-shaped camera with a steering wheel system pushing the product toward the side-to-side blades. On the other hand, the cutting system is carried out by specially designed side knives fixed by bolts, while the product is discharged by 2 side position hoppers.
