Overview
The Cocoa Cracker & Winnower, a specialized machine designed for cracking and winnowing cocoa beans to obtain premium-quality nibs. This advanced equipment excels in efficiently classifying the nibs into different sizes while effectively separating the shells through a powerful suction system.
Built with durability and hygiene in mind, the Cocoa Cracker & Winnower is constructed using high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel. Its robust design ensures longevity and reliability in cocoa processing. With a production capacity ranging from 30 kg/h to 250 kg/h, this machine is highly adaptable to meet various cocoa processing demands.
Equipped with precision motors, the Cocoa Cracker & Winnower optimizes every stage of the production process such as Feeding, Cracking, Sorting and Suction. The integrated control unit, featuring Start-Stop control and illuminated indicators, provides intuitive operation and process monitoring.
Designed for seamless workflow, this machine features a pyramid-shaped feeding hopper with an efficient endless screw system, enabling smooth transportation of the cocoa beans. It incorporates a crushing chamber with a grooved roller system for effective bean breakage. The classification chamber utilizes a vibration system with interchangeable sieves, offering versatile discharge options for the nibs. Additionally, the vibration system, equipped with a vibrating motor and cushioned supports, ensures gentle handling of the cocoa beans. The ventilation system, consisting of a rotor, ducts, hoses, and stirrup with blinds, facilitates the passage of the cocoa beans through the machine in a single pass. This process guarantees the production of high-quality nibs free from shells, while also providing separated cocoa shells without any cocoa powder residue.
