Rotary dryer

Equipment designed for drying pellets, snacks, flakes, seeds etc The rotary dryer is made up of a horizontal fixed position dryer and feeds another machine in line constantly. In terms of weight it is approximately 200 kg. In addition, this machine has a three-phase motor, a speed reducer that reduces the speed of the motor to what is required and a control unit with automatic run-stop control that indicates the operation process by light signaling.  The control unit controls engine speed and flame ignition per chispero module. The material with which the rotary dryer has been constructed is AISI 304 stainless steel on the product contact parts and carbon steel on the cover and support structure. The rotary dryer also features a rotary drum with folded lines that makes it easy to move the product, make it more heat-insulated. The camera also incorporates a height level grading system with stud bolts. On one hand, combustion in the rotary dryer is made by means of atmospheric flutes-type gas burners. On the other hand, it has a top duct for the evacuation of hot air and the product is discharged through the front hopper constantly.
